Under construction inside and out. Poorly lit hallways. One elevator operating. Stairwell leaking, dirty. Room: laminate flooring was good. Beds appropriate however, there is no door to the bathroom. It wasnt missing. It was never there at all. Uncomfortable to share a space. No amenities.

As soon as we walked in, there was no one at the desk. There were two ladies standing in the back of the hotel smoking cigarettes and wearing nightgowns. Unbeknownst to me, one of the ladies was the manager that checked us in. She just looked messy and her hair was all over the place. She must also live at the hotel. They are doing renovations but you can see it is rundown and should have been renovated before it got to this point. As soon as we walked in our room it reaked of cigarette smoke (I am not a smoker) We asked for non smoking room and she claimed all the rooms are but changed our room. The next room was ok but you could smell faintness of smoke and look like it was cheaply renovated. My mom stayed across from us and wanted to change her room because that one also smelled like stale cigarettes. They need new management and to just knock the whole building down. I would not revolt to anyone.

My 5 night stay ended up being only a 2 day stay!! I had to change hotel rooms 3 times; the 4th time, I checked out of the property. The hotel was under renovations and I was not informed until I checked in. I was told they were renovating to add a breakfast bar. The 1st room had only 1 shower door, making it extremely unsafe!! Room # 2 did not have a coffee pot or a microwave. The 3rd room, we were approched and were informed that the bathroom in our unit was causing water on the 5th floor below. Maintenance needed us to move yet again, to our 4th room. It was decided at that point in time, after loosing the ful day on Friday to enjoy myself to physically change hotel propertis!!! I was billed for 2 nights, which both were a nightmaare of an experience. I was not refunded the remaining 3 nights. This hotel property should not have been advertised on expedia as a viable rental and the hotel was clearly unfit for guests to stay there. My Confirmation Number was: 82542EE022681 through Expedia.com!!! Please advise of the status of my 3 nights that I was unable to stay there, plus consideration given to the 2 nights that I paid for, after having to change to 3 different rooms in 2 days!!

The property is currently undergoing upgrade construction, which is why they were offering such a good rate, which was really all I was looking for. Phones did not work, had trouble with the keys, but Phyllis at the front desk was excellent, and very helpful. Once the construction is complete, I would think this would be a great place to stay.

Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and bathroom did appear to have been cleaned there were dead spiders and bugs on floor the phone in the room didn’t work so any issue you had to go downstairs to the front desk which was a big inconvenience let alone a safety hazard

Switch and Bate. Hidden fees when you arrive. Total arrogance of management. Than more hidden fees for cleaning. Took pictures of everything to proof rooms left is as received. If they do apply these fees our company has already engaged a local firm to represent us in this matter and shall use all available legal remedies by law With thousands of hotel rooms utilizing by the firm annually we have never encountered such a miss trust of a guest’s expectations I truly hope this matter does not come to this but we certainly have the resources to respond accordingly. Please management understand this has nothing to do with the funds as it is principal now

we will not be staying here again no matter what
My wife and I stayed here for the weekend, the shower in the picture was different than what it was the room. We had no towels when we first got there, had to get towels every day, and the room was not that clean. Also, it was under construction however, it was posted on the door that the construction had to be stopped due to not having a permit to do it (attached a picture of it). No breakfast, like it said. No drink vending machine around the hotel. No fire evacuation route posted. Several doors that were locked so you could not use it as an entrance or exit. Parking lot was dirty. Even though we got it at a discount rate, we felt like we deserved our money back because of how unsafe my wife felt due to some of the activities going around in the parking lot like drugs. Felt like this hotel was more for junkies and prostitutes.

Stayed for 3 day 2 night and had no hot water to shower despite maintenance coming to fix. Found blood smeared on the door and floors not very clean. Would never stay here and advise to run far away.

The room was clean and seemed to be updated/modernized except the bathroom did NOT have a door. The beds were comfortable mattresses on top of metal frames which were very squeaky/loud when you moved on them or got in and out of bed. Doesn't make for a good night's sleep.

Our room and floor smelt like weed. The next morning we did wake up to the couple 2 doors down in a screaming match. Not exactly the hotel I felt safe while traveling with my 3 and 7 year old. We will never stay here again!!

Pleasantly surprised!
The room was clean and smelled fresh. The TV didn’t work, but the front desk clerk brought us up a new key and the room was right across the hall. It was a very easy transition since we were in the 4th floor far away from the office. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. Would stay here again.

The lobby, hallways and elevators looked like they were in disrepair. The beds squeaked. There was a beeping noise on the hallway night. People were having loud conversations at 11:30 at night. I only put up with it because I was only there for one night.

To begin with, the room had a light peculiar scent to it. A little like a hospital room. The beds were damp. I've never experienced anything like it before. And I don't mean a little damp. It was as if someone had a pool party in them the night before. Gross!! Upon waking we found there was no hot water. Just wonderful. Maybe I should've squeezed some warm water from the mattress. The breakfast was a bad joke and I wasn't the only one that wasn't happy about that. The only 2 people there that morning were upset as well and only had coffee. I totally passed because I've already had that brand of sausage biscuit make my stomach churn for two days once before. So, yeah for that price I expected a whole lot more. Doubt I'll be staying again.
