First, I paid for a Ocean view Room, What I got was a room that if you turned your head hard to the left you got a glimpse of the ocean. AKA a partial View
The Room was not clean, there was something splattered on the Mirrow in the Bathroom, Looked like toothpaste, under the bed was dust bunnies big enough for a small child to ride, and We found hair in the bed sheets
The overall property appearance was poor, the property is being kept in poor condition, there is damage everywhere, and the 2026 season is just starting. The Light Lens in the Elevators have dirt, dust, and dead bugs covering them.
And finally, the employees no nothing about Hospitality Business. When I was having a issue at the corner Coffee shop, an employee felt it necessary to insert them into the issue, with their negative comments towards me.
The Property is trying to sell their rooms as Condos, but why would you want to spend 100s of thousands of your hard-earned money for a property that is not being cleaned or maintained and has a staff that is rude towards their client base.
