It was our first time together in Myrtle beach. Our room was great. Every day we woke up to a view of the ocean. Housekeeping did a good job keeping us in coffee and clean towels every day. You can walk to restaurants and shops. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back.

The condo was very nice. I had city view so it was noisy. There were pest in the room and I had to spray all luggage down with bug spray. The parking was very inconvenient as Bayview now shares a parking deck with another hotel. I was only given one parking pass for two cars during my stay. Overall my family enjoyed the beach getaway and we met awesome people during our stay.

Great location! Unfortunately the 1st night we stayed there we learned the bed was horrible, toilet didn’t want to flush, sliding door required a bear to open and close it and the heat barely worked. Reported to night clerk around 5 am and requested a room change, however he was too busy looking at his blank paperwork to help me. I asked him if the motel was full and he replied”no”. I told him the trouble we were having and asked for a room change and he replied “I don’t have any rooms like yours available”. Reported to Expedia for assistance and they sent an email to the manager who contacted me via text and asked me was it a good time for them to look at the room and I told her “sure. We were out of the room doing things”. However when we returned absolutely nothing had been corrected. I could have understood this a little better had the room been cheap however it was not. I will give in an A for location as I did not want to change motels due the proximity to where I planned to spend New Years Eve! I enjoyed my trip in spite of this! I have stayed at Bayview many times in the past but it has not been recent! I would stay here again but buyer beware it is not worth the money! All in all I am very disappointed to see the decline of the Bayview! It’s a shame bc it used to be the best place to stay!

Have stayed here a few times before, always reliable and pleasant. Checked in quickly and easy. Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Had a problem with the room beyond the hotel's control, so they had us move to another room very quick and easy. Ocean front view very nice. Front desk very helpful. Pool area busy but clean. Inside hotel fairly busy and about as clean as could be expected. Outside property area needs help, a bit worn and dirty. Late summer at the beach i get it but trash around the property leaves an impression. This hotel is not new but considering that it's condition and wear and tear above average for Myrtle Beach. The hotel is really nicely located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just a short walk away from most of the fun things and a short drive away from North Myrtle, Broadway, ect.
