The cabins are clean and spacious with everything you need for a stay in the peace and quiet. Lovely location on the edge of the woods and just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach.
I’m so disappointed I didn’t book a longer stay, will definitely stay again.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The property was a bit pricey considering the park was older and the cabin was basic. The pool was not operational and we had booked a poolside cabin which was disappointing.
Paid resort style prices for a 2 bedroom Villa off season, in a remote location for a cabin with rooms you could not move around in. We had to shuffle around the beds like a small caravan. No room to turn in the bathroom. Marks all over the walls and mould on the blind. I had to park my car at reception as the park has turned 90% of their units into live in accomodation, and I could not drive my car down the appropriate driveways to the unit as garbage, rubbish and old broken cars blocked entrances. Not to mention a terribly places ports potty. First attempt down the drive resulted in my car getting scratched up by an overgrown bush.
The live in accomodation has turned the park into looking like a shanty town. Not inviting for families at all. Dirt bikes coming and going all hours of the day with people actually riding them at stupid speeds through the park itself.
As you drive into the park itself you are greeted by approx 15 dumpster bins. The reception of this holiday park decided to close at 4pm. We arrived at just before 5pm and were made to call the emergency number. In which we were told apparently the office did not have anyway of contacting us for check in.
We could not mention anything to reception upon leaving as the lovely Specimen at the office would not even look up from her computer screen. Just grunted at us.
Many things I could continue to detail however I will be contacting Tasman Parks directly as I think this Holiday Park needs a shake up.
