"Check-in is at the splendid hotel up the street. Once you check in, they drive you to Hotel La Palme in a golf cart. That was quite fun! Once we arrived, we realized that our room was facing the ferry dropped off. Eventually, we asked to move rooms and the front desk was exceptional at quickly transitioning us to the splendid hotel as there was a room available. "This is our second visit here, and we absolutely loved our four nights and three days. The breakfast is an absolute treat. The view of Lago di Garda can't be beat. Nice to enjoy the borghetto but then get away from all the people at night. My family heritage is in this part of Italy, so I felt loved the whole time. "

"Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
