"The resort was OK, convenient, clean, and pretty. The staff was wonderful. There are better hotels in the area, especially if traveling with Kids. The biggest challenges were no breakfast buffet, and no easy, healthy choices, both of which are a dealbreaker when traveling with Kids. There are only two - pricey and nice - restaurants. Café doesn’t count as a legitimate breakfast or healthy lunch option. The other big letdown was the Kids club. It was just sad, my daughter didn’t want to stay or return."

"This was wonderful trip; great place and location in Cabo. Staff loves what they do, from the moment you check-in to time you leave; which you hate to come to an end. Luis, Barissa, Luciano are special people who cares about your stay and goes out there way to make you feel special. Keep up the good work, we'll be back. Thanks."

"I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve given the hotel multiple chances to make right. Our stay started our great but ended in a near death experience. Our tower caught fire and no alarms went off, thank god for my husbands quick thinking and calmness we evacuated after a super bad electrical fire.sadly the hotel had zero safety precautions in place and if it wasn’t for our own quick thinking we could have died. The hotel offered to comp a couple room charges and send us a couple free nights. Yet management Never followed through or replied to my emails. Never got a free nights or even contacted to see if we were ok afternoon the smoke inhalation.Over all a very scary disappointing experience from a higher end hotel. "

"All the staff were great! Only staff issue was with pool bartender, Leonardo, who needs some customer service training. Rooms were clean, restaurant was fabulous, very peaceful by the pool. Flowers and plants are gorgeous (great gardeners). There was an issue with the bill checking out (charged twice), which they rectified. Unfortunately, they have put a second charge through without any explanation or communication. This is very disappointing."

"This property has great potential! We did have a wonderful time as a family of four with two little ones. It was safe, clean and the food was good. Not to mention a beautiful place with a view of the beach and Sierra San Francisco mountains that are to die for. There were some standouts in the staff, JP in Guest Services, Cynthia the bartender, Santiago on the waitstaff and the whole entertainment staff were all wonderful. The staff as a whole was pleasant and their only shortfalls were in managements coordination. My issue with the resort comes down to management and coordination. Nobody talked to eachother. The front desk wasn't up to speed on anything. I would get three different answers from 3 different people and departments. They didn't know about the events, the restaurants, reservations for the restaurants etc... That being said, the restaurant situation is challenging. You cannot book until you have a room number and there are no reservations available even if you did. I was not able to try anything other than the buffet and even that I could not get into one evening. This could all be solved by management and coordination. They have potential and can easily make this top tier."

"I was VERY impressed with this property. The exterior is modern & attractive. The lobby and common areas are very clean and well decorated. My room was spacious, newly decorated, and very well furnished. The kitchen & bath were well accessorized with all necessary appliances and supplies. The room even had a fun dutch-door for nice airflow. The hotel also had 3 nice e-bikes and helmets available for free to guests for touring the area."
