"The experience was above my expectations. We had a room’s upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday. The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay. We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us. The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included. Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities "
