Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. "Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "

"I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. When I open my luggage, I removed my shoes from bags. Also I removed my liquids from plastic bag to carry the plane. When I collect again my luggage to return, I realized that all the bags were away. House keeping threw everything. In the room I always need a kettle to drink tea or coffee but it was not available. Restaurant was quite expensive. Main courses starts from 28 euros. I eat in downtown Venice at a good restaurant lower than this price. I requested a glass of wine. The amount of the wine was definetely half. Breakfast was adequate but can be improved. Inside the restaurant there were very little flies disturbing me during breakfast and dinner. They were touching down the food also."
