"Everything very good. Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Activities were free eg. crazy golf, tennis etc. The restaurant on site was for all-inclusive guests only, so we couldn't eat there. Ten minute walk to a beautiful, sandy beach with very reasonable prices for burgers, chips, drinks etc. Unfortunately, although we booked in as...
"The room was quite spacious and very clean with lots of storage. The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
It was a 15 minute walk to the beautiful beaches where there are plenty of excellent dining options. "

In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. "The hotel staff were nice but very inexperienced. They have NOT been given good systems and instructions to work with. They lost our dinner reservation at the on site restaurant after confirming it the SAME day. The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and dismissive. VERY LAME considering its really not such a high end place. They should not pretend like they are a fancy restaurant in Paris (actually I've never had a problem like this in Paris). "Excellent location , it took only 15 mins walk to the Village. Please do yourself a favor by paying a bit more to stay at the hotel part.
We made a mistake of booking in the residence at first, and it’s disappointing. In the residence, the bungalow was small and it located waaay in the back of the area. It took a while to walk to the front gate. They didn’t clean your space daily either.
Then, we moved to the hotel part. It was much better! The room was spacious and well-ventilated. The cleaning staff came everyday, although they did come too early (sometimes we need to skip the cleaning simply bcs we’re not awake yet!). It placed close to the entrance, however there’s no concrete road that leads to the bungalow. To access it, we need to walk through a field full of acorns and dry leaves!
Inside the area, they offered a lot of entertainment. They have a big pool, sun chairs, foyer with a lot of seatings, a bar, a coffee machine(!), pingpong tables, even mini golf area and tennis courts! I also liked it that they provide laundry room with three well-functioning washing machines and dryers. You only need to pay 9 euros to activate the machines!
Overall, we would return and immediately stay in the hotel part. They could do better, but we’re pretty satisfied for now."
"Brilliant hotel, the views were fantastic. Rooms were very comfy and great hotel to chill, especially for couples. Found the breakfast on the the dear side for continental,so only had it the once. Downside the WiFi was non existent,could not connect all week. Walk to the harbour/restaurants was around 20/25 minutes but was a bus every hour by the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."
"An old complex that looks like it hasn't seen any work done on it since 1980. Awful rooms. Terrible area, nothing to do. I was looking forward toa swim after my week long bike ride from Bordeaux but the poolm was closed, no reason given. Absolutely terrible place to stay, avoid."
