Convenient location.

A very helpful young lady helped us with our parking in the underground parking spot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the room was rather small for two older people, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The location is good for families because there are plenty of activities and a beach for children.

Very nice hotel in downtown Cap d’agde. The room was clean and nice. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. My only issue was the WiFi. I was at the back of the hotel and had very spotty WiFi and sometimes it didn’t work. I brought this up with the staff and they said you have to enter a new password every day. Seems strange! I tried the new password they gave me but it didn’t help. The issue is that the WiFi is spotty in places. If you really need WiFi then be aware of this.

Chic but good be very chic with a little more

We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace. Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though. A good location and quiet for all that Cap D’Agde has to offer

Un peu decu par rapport a la facturation

Un accueil tres chaleureux, une chambre propre et une literie adulte tres bien. Cependant de gros points négatif qui m'ont decu pour un hotel avec autant d'etoiles et a ce prix. Demande d'un lit bebe a la reservation pour mon nouveau né de 2 mois, je me retrouve a payer 15€ par nuit pour un lit parapluie, une couette pliee en 3 en guise de matelas et un drap plie en 2 en guise de couverture. Du coup mon bebe n'as pas dormi dans ce lit par manque de securité. Quand j'en ai parler au standards on me dis a je ne comprend pas que ca vojs derange et on as jamais de bébé. Alors pourquoi proposer une perstation bébé et la facturer... Une clilatisation en face du lit qui nous as projeté son air dans le visage toute la nuit malgres que l'on ai essayé différents réglages. On parle de chambre insonorisées. Mais la rue est assez brillante, et malgres les efforts de l'hotel on as beaucoup entendu les bruits extérieurs. Un parking que l'on as paye 18€ par jour. Super le forfait de l'hotel nous as permis d'avoir une facture de stationnement moins salé ; mais a chaque fois les tickets de sorti de parking que l'hotel nous a donné ne fonctionné pas. L'accueil au standar est tres agreable.
