"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

"After traveling for 48 hrs with no sleep, we reserved for the wrong night, immediately realized our mistake, and within 5 minutes arrived at the hotel and explained our situation. one of gentlemen at this hotel was kind and even helped us book a room elsewhere and encouraged us to request a refund from Hotels.com, which we did. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. "
