"Staff women who checked us in was pleasant! Hotel itself is in need of repairs! And could use a deep clean. Room was small in size & window glass was cracked both outside & in mold/algea & debris between the panes! Didn’t see until follow morning or would have switched rooms! Across from elevator so lots of noise & kids birthday party was going on also. Breakfast: there was an unsupervised older child who I believe may have belonged to a staff member - was not able to understand his speech, was...

"The casino is smoke free so much appreciated it’s big but easy to find other members of your group. I liked that they had food in the casino it was a very upbeat atmosphere. Room was clean and everything worked however it had not been remodeled & wallpaper was peeling off and I thought that it was advertised as newly renovated and I was doing also the walk from the elevator to our room was very long. The food at the Sports Bar was good & reasonable. The buffet was ok but be sure and get your...

"Check-in was rough, the clerk was trying to deny me my reservation that was paid for due to I missed the first night reservation due to medical reasons. We called the hotel and reported that we would not be checking in the day of reservation but would using the room the second night. It wasn't recorded that I called. And she kept saying it was down as no show. I disputed as I had paid for the nights already and should have a reservation for the stay. After 20 minutes of disputes I demanded she...
