"Good location near Shinjuku station and metropolitan government building but far enough away that the area is peaceful and quiet. Fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, microwave and hob. Spacious with plenty of storage. Towels and trash taken everyday with a full clean every 3 days however if you do not vacate the room by 12.30 the towels and trash don’t get taken and the cleaner won’t come in at all. "The rooms are small, which is normal in Japan hotels. Central air conditioning not turned on. Room was quite warm and we could only control speed of fan, not temperature. Hotel has 2 convenience stores and a few restaurants. Location is great. Walking distance to shopping, train stations, restaurants. Would stay here again!"
