"This apartment was in a brand-new building and had all new furniture and furnishings. The view was really pretty and it was *hot* (90º+) when we were there but the unit had AC so it was overall comfortable.
The design looked nice and for the price we paid it was an excellent value. The furniture was probably all from Wayfair so I don't expect it to hold up for more than a year or two.
Two points of frustration are this: We received multiple messages from the host but they were just...

"Property is old and was under construction. Room was clean but had older amenities like dated decor, old noisy bathroom fan, air conditioning didn’t cool well. Blow dryer was broken but they need bring me a new one. Parking wasn’t included.
Limited restaurant options.
On a positive note- the room was very close to the outdoor concert venue so no need to find additional parking."
