"We had the opportunity to stay at this onsen hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The buffet dinner was a highlight — beautifully presented and offering a wide variety of dishes that felt like something out of a Michelin-star restaurant. It was a real treat to enjoy both gourmet cuisine and local delicacies in one meal. The bar was another pleasant surprise, with a great selection of local cocktails and drinks that added a special touch to the evening. Of course, the hot spring spa was everything we hoped for — relaxing, clean, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this was a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. "Love the size is the hotel, not too big, not too small. Food was great and the hotel was clean with very friendly staff! It made for a real relaxing stay."

"Staff unfriendly, No English at all. The center air conditions in my room was no cold air comes out. A small portable air conditioner with very little cold air. The room was very hot . Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "
