"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon,...

"The room was beautiful. The stuff was nice and helpful. The breakfast didn't have healthy options or options for dietary restrictions. The bathtub did not have a plug for some reason. Overall ok for a few days. "

Il est composé de 2 parties, l'une avec un living room et une chambre et la seconde chambre se trouve dans un bâtiment de l'autre côté de la terrasse. Cependant, cette chambre est irrespirable, pleine d'humidité. On se dirait d'une cage de prison du palais Ducale... Bref, on a essayé de parler avec le propriétaire, mais celui-ci ne répondait même pas. Il a fait le silence radio car nous avions dû payer via un autre site que celui...
