"Beautiful hotel, room was spacious and great views across the valley. We arrived early and they got us into our room within 45mins which we appreciated. The dining staff were not so good, we asked for a table and was told they would call our room once a table was free, we waited 1hr 30mins with no call, we went back to find lots of empty tables with used plates, no attempt was made to clear them the rest of the time we were at the restaurant. When we asked for the dessert menu we were refused...

"客室内はとても清潔で、浴室、トイレ、ベットや枕、備品なども完璧でした！何よりインテリアにモン族の織物などを使用しているおもてなしの心がとってもうれしいです。景色の良いお部屋なら、棚田を見ながらゆっくりした時間を過ごせます。ホテルの前は車が入れないので、重いキャリーケースを持って行く人は、到着前にホテルにメッセージをしてみてください。ホテルの方は皆さんとっても親切でした。上の通りまで階段を上がるのは少し大変ですが、立地はとてもいいです。本当におすすめのホテルなので、是非泊まってください。"
