"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."

"for the people with knee issues recommend to ask at the time of chk in for no steps room cuz some of the floors you have to take five steps with your luggage cuz there is no bell boy service available, make sure about the bathroom is not smelly , you get the room service but no changes of towels and no bed making, have to ask for. breakfast was okay air conditioning thermostat was fixed at the colder side not coming down so we have to turn it off"

"The room was expertly designed to enable a good night's sleep. Using an ipad you could darken the glass to prevent any light coming in from the street. The ipad also gave you access to an incredible range of TV stations and controlled the temperature and lighting in the room. It was particularly great to be able to control the temperature. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent! "

"The hotel location is few minutes walk to Amsterdam central station and to the old town . We had the chance to see most of the neighborhoods at anytime of the day. We used the triple room and it was efficient for our needs.Staff were helpful. Breakfast excellent with several options. "
