"Great location but gets really loud on the weekends in the plaza it faces - tourists/students partying in the streets till 4am so make sure you take a pair of the free earplugs they hand out. Close to the canals the tower and a 10 minute walk to the station - everything you need. Front desk staff really nice and welcoming. The connecting 5th restaurant is a decent (if overpriced) spot. "

"Really enjoyed. Staffs at breakfast especially the chef and the manager (bold guy) area where very nice with our family. Cleaning staff need to be educated and people at reception also need to be educated to be nice with people with different origins"

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is in a great location next to the train station. We also want to point out that one of our party took ill and the staff kindly allowed us to keep our room to 15:00 to allow them to sleep and recover which was very much appreciated!!!"
