"Localização do hotel foi perfeita, no centro, bem perto de tudo. O serviço de quarto bem eficiente, estava tudo sempre arrumado e limpo. Não sei se é algo da cidade mas em alguns momentos tínhamos problema com a água quente, apesar de todos os funcionários sempre se mostrarem solícitos a ajudar. "This is an historic property with a very interesting history. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Cristobal was particularly helpful. The location is very convenient to the main plaza and also several good eateries just outside the door. We had a room on the first floor and there aren't windows. "I've noticed that many hotels do not include a microwave, kettle, or refrigerator in the rooms. I opted for a hostel because of the access to a kitchen and other travelers to conversate with. The location is also very walkable from the city square and immerses you with the locals.
