"I had a very unfortunate checkout experience. First off, I had an early flight and needed to leave at 5:15am. Came down to find the front door padlocked and no one at the desk. Someone did come out. Next, I needed to give them my room key to leave. I thought I’d left it on the desk in the room, so he went up to find it. He said it wasn’t there so I went up with him to find it. Key not there. Also not there was the money I left for housekeeping. Basically he’s not letting me out of this padlocked...

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"I would love to rate this hotel higher but save your money if you want to get any rest. I confirmed a King size bed and received two different twins pushed together that didn’t match up correctly and TRULY felt like box springs. I don’t think there was a centimetre of cushion. We got zero sleep because they were that hard. Otherwise the staff are super sweet, rooms are very clean, property is impeccably maintained. But also for a 1pm check in, we didn’t get our room until well after 2pm and had...

"The staff were great and the location was perfect. The food in the hotel was always quick and met my needs. Now the cons, the bed was very firm. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. Cusco itself is chilly in the morning so i expected some type of heating but none were available. The washroom was outside of my room and i found it a bit uncomfortable to use it. The layout of the horel is nice but it is fairly old. Still i found it good due to the atmosphere and staff."

"Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays."

"Llegábamos a Cusco a las 6 am por lo que pagamos la noche anterior para llegar y tener la habitación lista, les puse un msj indicando esto y me contestaron que extendido y el vuelo se atrasó y llegamos a la 1 pm todavía más tarde y la habitación no estaba lista tuvimos que esperar. No nos pareció para nada si hubiera llegado 6 am hubiese sido peor."
