"We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a private room with our own bath and it was lovely. The staff was very friendly and the hotel held on to our bags for us while we trekked Machu Picchu. The food in the hotel was delicious, we stayed here before and after our trek and after we just wanted room service, which was served hot, delicious, and fresh. We loved the community feel and the location is really hard to beat. Overall - we would love to stay here again. "

If you don't get mugged in the dark and dirty streets outside the hotel, the staff will make sure they take every opportunity to stiff you on your bill. "A gorgeous boutique hotel, with the most accommodating staff and host. Manuel was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I stayed before and after doing a 4 day Inca Trail hike, and my luggage was securely stored and placed in my room upon my return. Breakfast was excellent. Very central to Plaza de Armas without being noisy. Perfect place to stay in Cusco. Highly recommend."

"Overall it's a very nice hotel, across street from the Coricancha ("The Temple of the Sun"), a few minutes walk to the the central Plaza de Armas. The included breakfast was good. The frontdesk room has water and teas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night I stayed in a room quietly located at the second floor, but the other four nights our room was on the first floor in the courtyard, there's noise from both upstairs and the courtyard. The free Wifi quality was terrible."
