"Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room that doesn’t face the street. "

"The complementary breakfast buffet is amazing. Everything is fresh and quality foods. This is my second time here. Any time I’m planning on traveling to Cusco, Peru, this is always my first choice if availability is there. From the moment you enter the premises it feels world class. Highly recommend you give it a try if you’re thinking about it. Big plus is that you’re in walking distance to just about everything you need and want to explore in the area. Looking forward to being back. "

"Great location very near to the historical centre. Rooms were nice and clean staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff even allowed to store our extra luggage for couple of days while we were travelling to Machu Picchu Only a small recommendation the rooms were not noice proof and we could hear outside notices from early in the morning but otherwise a great experience "

"Excellent historic hotel in the heart of Cusco. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Hotel staff was excellent and addressing all our needs from cleaning, transportation, excursions and had a great early breakfast."
