Great hotel! Very clean, unique and stuff is awesome. Also has a shop and a bar until 10pm. Room is beautiful.

Great, but starting to show its age in places
Been travelling to Soulmade over the last few years. Decent, functional. The best part is the fact it has a very accessible underground car park which means access is easy and parking guaranteed. Soulmade is fine. Everything is a cost item. Even mint tea with your breakfast will set you back an additional fee. They don't offer any food at all, breakfast-aside, but have a small shop on the premises and as each apartment has a cooker and microwave, you could nip out to get something from the supermarket. The only negative for me is a few things are feeling a little dated now. I noticed the mattress is very unforgiving, sagged in the middle and felt long past a replacement. It's also very low to the ground (which is a design point). The TV is functional, but slow. Clearly quite a few years old. The kettle provided worked, but only if you held down the power manually. But, Soulmade is also reasonable value, too, so on balance, certainly can be recommended.

Beautiful, clean and eco friendly rooms. Staff was very helpful. Our Tv only offered local cable and an hdmi/usb cord. Wish the TVs were smart Tvs so you can stream movies and shows wirelessly.

Its a unique eco friendly hotel. A must to stay in Garching, about 10 mins walk to the village centre, were there is access to train station, various restaurants, grocery store, and other facililities.

It’s a nice hotel but not much around in walking distance and no restaurant at the hotel. The young girl at reception was fantastic though and super helpful. She got me signed up on a local food delivery app to get dinner! The breakfast is very poor

My stay at the Soulmade Hotel, located near Munich, Germany, was an absolute delight and surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I entered the building, I could feel their strong commitment to environmental responsibility. The modern interior, spotless apartments, and attentive staff left a lasting impression on me. The hotel's dedication to nature is evident from the outset. The interior boasts a contemporary design that's both sleek and inviting. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and Soulmade Hotel certainly delivered. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home, adding to the overall positive experience. While I did encounter a minor issue with the WiFi initially (it was a bit slow), and there was an unresolved TV problem, these were minor inconveniences that did not diminish my overall positive impression of the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend Soulmade Hotel for both short and long stays near Munich. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or an extended stay, this hotel provides modern comfort with a strong commitment to sustainability. I needed a room I was able to work from (comfortable laptop workstation, good Wifi connection). The place was that & much more. The rooms are very nice to be in, great decoration, design & usability. Great Wifi. Nice patios on the ground floor. Ability to cook in the room - electric stove, fridge, some pots & tools..was everything I needed (& more). During my stay there was some inconvenience due to maintenance work being done on the floor above me which made a lot of noise. I approached the front desk & they immediately gave me the keys to a different room (on the highest floor) to resolve this, which was great service (but might have been best to avoid booking on the first floor in the first place, for both parties). Bottom line - great place to stay & get some work done.

Staying in this hotel felt like being home. It is extremely cozy, welcoming, warm. You feel like you're in your room and for a moment forget you in a hotel. The room is coated with wood, there are two bathrooms with two showers, the kitchen is well furnished and very handy. The design is spectacular and everything is taken care of down to the smallest details.

It isn’t what it seems
The entire experience at this hotel was bad. From the dates of our reservations to them overbooking and my team having to change rooms at night, to saying they have a fitness room and not 1 machine, they don’t have half the things on the menu and they certainly my don’t have a restaurant as they state in the description. And the service is slow and complacent. I will never go back or suggest anyone to stay there. Good possibility but horrible management and leadership.

The hotel experience was fabulous. Soulmade has a very cool and modern vibe. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Easy walk to the restaurants in Garching and the subway station.

Convenient
We stayed near family in a Munich suburb. The hotel was also walking distance to the grocery and the U-Bahn about 30 minutes to city center in Munich. We could prepare breakfast and lunch and appreciated that flexibility. Also free use of washer and dryer and gym.

Not like a normal hotel, but very cozy and nice room, facilities are friendly-use and considerable. Though in a not convenience location, but 7/24 Emma store is good for have food in any time.
