Breakfast was great. Room furnishings a little sparse - no desk chair, no iron. One of the two lifts (both new) consistently made an unsettling creaking noise on the way down.

nice, but serious temperature problem
We had a "studio" with a loft; no matter how much we cranked the AC it was sweltering hot in the loft. Even when it was cold enough to be uncomfortable downstairs it was very hard to sleep upstairs. There were no windows that open so we couldn't do anything about it. We told the staff but nothing changed in our 4 night stay. Otherwise the place was very nice. I'd say avoid the studio room and you'll enjoy staying here.

Great location, only 6 minutes by walking from the subway station and also has a 24hr convenience store and McDonalds in front of the hotel. The room is excellent with comfortable beds. Will definitely come back for next visit.

The property and staff was great. It was a little far from main town but for the price it was great.

Nice clean and friendly hotel on the outskirts of the city. I stayed here for the NFL game and it was ideal for the stadium. Short train ride in to the centre from the station 5 minutes walk away. Not a lot around the hotel walking distance but it was ideal for my trip, I would recommend

GREAT location. Cute and history inside. Rooms are very quiet despite the Sutlej and bustle outside. Check in staff was very friendly.

Der Service muss noch an sich arbeiten...
Leider war er es nicht möglich täglich die Bar gegen 20h zu nutzen, da sie nucht besetzt war, obwohl dort jemand vor Ort war. Gäste wurden ignoriert, Check-in dauerte sehr lange. Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer fehlte...
