Very comfortable stay!
The hotel is conveniently located off the A8 into Munich. Very clean and rooms very comfortable. The staff are a helpful as can be.

Got to the place after manager left. (after 8PM) Found my cardkey in envelope with my name and room number on it, taped to entrance door. Card allowed me to enter building but did not open my room. Another guest showed up and his card opened 'my' room, which apparently was his. There was absolutely no way to contact or talk to anybody. Went to the semi-dark lobby/reception, trying in vain to find a phone number, a posting or any other means to get some assistance. Waited for an eventual response to my emails. Gave up, and went to another hotel for the night. Got a refund. Apparently, somewhere among other things, there were also instructions to call security in case of an emergency - and I should have done that. Anyway, the place is nice, location not so convenient, but better be there before the manager leaves to avoid unpleasant surprises.

This Hotel is very OK
Pros: Pretty new building and furniture, convieniently located, free parking, good beds, large shower Cons: pretty useless WiFi, reception only till 11pm, pretty small rooms not very well lit. Very OK for a business stay of one or maybe two nights. Might also be OK for a short city trip where you don’t spend too much time in the room. Would definitely recommend considering the value for money.

Always choose this hotel when staying in Munich some 10 minutes drive away. The autobahn is 2 minutes away. The hotel is fairly new so very clean. Staff are very helpful. Recommended!!

One night business stay
My experience was very pleasurable. The hotel was modern, the room clean and staff very helpful. Sadly the only evening food I could get was pizza however it was very nice.

Comfortable Hotel in a Quiet Location
Had a very comfortable stay, and the woman at checkin was so helpful! She helped us figure out how to get into Munich to see some Oktoberfest festivities while we were in own. (There's a park and ride for the train around 2 miles away.) Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Only downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. If you aren't renting a car/driving, it may be hard to get to. Though there is fast food right across the way.

Arrival bus stop is about 200 yds from hotel with no sidewalks, so be prepared to walk. All windows of hotel are open because what they consider "air conditioning" means system that circulates air, but NOT one which cools the air. We arrived during the heat of late June and, needing to keep the windows wide open all night, were kept awake by the sounds of constant traffic on the rotary below. Desk staff, who is secretary, receptionist, concierge, and bartender, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, but couldn't help things beyond her control. Hotel conditions were sparse, but clean.

Quiet Location, Amazing staff!
While the hotel is outside the main Munich area, it is comfortable, modern and accessible. We had a hire car and appreciated the free parking offered by the hotel. The hotel's staff were also so lovely and friendly, with one staff staying back after his shift had finished to chat with my partner and I. The rooms are comfy, the bathrooms are modern and clean. All around, it is a great hotel to stay at while in Bavaria!

Great Hotel!
This is a great hotel, and reasonable priced! The staff was wonderful, the girl working the front desk every day of our stay was extremely helpful, and was fluent in English, which was a bonus for us. The room we stayed in was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The gas station/ convenience store across the street was great- great beer selection, and since we were there for Oktoberfest, it was very handy! The only thing I can think of as a downside was since we were relying on public transport, it was a bit out of the way, but other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay!

GUESTS BEWARE - NO AIR !!
Description on Hotels.com shows 71 smoke-free rooms WITH AIR-CONDITIONING. Hotel is newly built in 2015. HOWEVER, we spent a miserable hot summer night here in July. We checked in, got our keys and immediately went to dinner. After dinner returned to hotel and walked in to the 90+ degree room. We tried opening the window - no breeze - only bugs coming in! There were no fans available. I went down to the front desk around 10pm to see if we could change rooms - but no hotel or security personnel around - lobby was dark and only staffed limited hours. Next morning on check-out, the front desk manager verified that NONE of their rooms have air-conditioning - only the lobby! (I should have slept on a couch/chair down there) There is a thermostat/switch on the wall in the hotel rooms but not connected to anything - doesn't work. Hotel is in a new industrial/warehouse area, right off the Highway, - easy to find - but no close restaurants except McDonalds. It would have been a good place to stay if not for this problem.

Close to the airport.
The hotel is close to the airport and affordable. You can not walk to it and it is in a commercial/business zone. The staff was friendly and room service was great. Would stay with them again.

Das Hotel und das Ambiente waren in Ordnung. Die Lage zur Autobahn war Fluch und Segen zugleich. Es war sehr laut zum schlafen aber gut zu erreichen. Im Frühstück waren leider Haare und dann wurden die Krümel vom Tisch einfach auf den Boden geworfen. Es gab um 8:15Uhr kein Rührei mehr. Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Leider waren Flecken auf dem Laken. Ansonsten sauber und in Ordnung.

Sehr sehr unsauber, die Holzvertäfelung hinterm Bett und Schrankbretter sehr verstaubt, im Bad Abzug sehr verdreckt, Lampenschirme (auch in den Gängen) mit toten Insekten, im WC- Becken am Wasserzulauf sehr verkeimt, nach 2.Nacht wurde gleich mal nicht gereinigt oder Handtücher gewechselt

hotels.com hat ein Standard-Zimmer angeboten, Myhotel hat für uns allerdings ein Budget-Zimmer reserviert; das ist heutzutage armselig und nah am Betrug. Ausreichend große Zimmer für Übernachtungen in infrastrukturell sehr guter Lage. Ungünstige Rezeptionszeiten, da am Wochenende ab 11 Uhr nicht besetzt. Check-in aber erst ab 15 Uhr möglich. Mit smarten Funktionen ab 12 Uhr, die aber nicht hundertprozentig zuverlässig via App oder Browser funktionieren. Das Zimmer war zuvor von offensichtlich stark rauchenden Personen bewohnt und definitiv nicht angemessen gereinigt, um die Gerüche zu entfernen. Beim Lüften wehten zudem Wollmäuse von den Möbeln. Die Badezimmerbeleuchtung war außerdem zur Hälfte defekt. Nach Reklamation durften wir ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. In diesem Zimmer ist eine Leselampe an der Nachttischkonsole abgebrochen und nicht wieder instand gesetzt worden. Zudem war der Fenstergriff defekt, ließ sich mehrfach im Kreis drehen bei immer gleicher Funktion: Fenster komplett öffnen. Richtiges Schließen zur maximalen Geräuschdämmung oder gegen Wassereintritt war nicht möglich. Wirkt insgesamt sehr lieblos und nur oberflächlich gepflegt.
