Stayed for 3 nights Relatively clean, fast and easy check in. Only major issue we had was the shower went cold after tge 2nd person went Overall a pretty pleasant experience

Very old space, no clear instructions for parking, people there are really rude. Nobody wants to even try to help! Room is okay, but bathroom and toilet were nasty!!! Never will be back there. A lot of rude people live around there a lot of containers, really a dangerous place, it’s scary!!!

Просто днище. Если вас устраивают условия а ля совковое общежитие, то может вам будет нормально. По пунктам: - расположение отвратительное. Промзона, без общепита или магазинов поблизости. Ближайшая станция S-Bahn в 20 минутах ходьбы, там же и варианты что-то купить. Соседние дома - беженское гетто, без преувеличения. Под окнами соседнего дома 17 валяются пустые кошельки и разбитые мобильные телефоны, в вечернее время тусит очень дружелюбный контингент с миграционной историей:) - Удобства: их нет, если не считать таковыми чайник и микроволновку в комнате. Занавески вырезаны ножницами из мебельной обивки. Матрац с пролежнями, постельное белье с катышками. Два туалета и две душевых на этаже, по чистоте - если повезёт воспользоваться сразу после уборки, то терпимо. Шумоизоляция отсутствует. Через закрытую дверь я слышал телефонный разговор уборщицы, причем было слышно не только её, но и собеседника:) - Коммуникация с менеджментом отсутствует. На свой вопрос по бронированию ответа я так и не получил. В общем вариант только для очень бедных или отчаявшихся в безвыходном положении (как в моем случае;))

Chambre propre. Dommage car à noter petite surprise le matin les deux douches étaient inondées et la chasse d'eau de l'un des WC ne fonctionnait plus.
