We had a very positive stay here. All the stores are close by as well as the train station. Staffing was very helpful and polite.Rooms are simple and very clean. Couldn’t check out with the outside machine, because it was not working.

The staff was nice, however, the property is very outdated. We came during Oktoberfest so it was extremely expensive and not worth what we paid, but it was one of the more affordable options. I would only recommend this as a budget option if absolutely needed. It was clean and efficient. We did have to carry our bags up the stairs which was inconvenient.

It was very good for us. But you need to know that there is construction starting at 7am, you need to rent the utensils and there is no AC. Didn't bother us as we were early risers but towards the end it was getting hot. rest all good. Very good value for money. We had a lot of space.

The staff went above and beyond to let us in the room almost 3 hours before the checkin time and that was excellent for us coming directly from the airport after more than 12 hours on a plane. Other than that , basic amenities with a good price. Area is safe even late in the night and very easy to drive to the city.

Nice location and easy to get into the main centre. The rooms are very basic which is fine but I wasn’t impressed that we paid for 3 rooms with kitchenettes and only 1 of them actually had a kitchenette. Then the kitchenette we did have didn’t have any facilities for cooking…no pans, no toaster, no kettle. Was pointless having it and was a bit a shame considering they had stopped serving breakfast in the restaurant for September. We booked this place originally because we thought it would be easy to sort breakfast before heading into the town. Also the lady on the desk was quite difficult when it came to checking in and was reluctant to help/provide any extra amenities. Overall it did the job for our stay and was clean.

Good choice

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good and service was immediately provided upon asking. The hotel has multiple stories, we were on the second one, there are no elevators though. Given that we were sick a day or two during our stay, it was inconvenient.

Very friendly receptionist who was helpful. Room was quite small for a family and had no air conditioning. It can be noisy at times because of the business (dojo?) downstairs. Also Expedia says there's laundry but there's not. Otherwise very clean and in a good spot out of the city centre.

Everything was ok , nice breakfast, nice helpful staff, parking around , rooms ok , no elevator, not many places to dine around but can be found if needed . Our car was scratched by someone outside- waiting from staff for the video. In general everything was as suspected.

Wrong open hour's for check-in

In our hooking confirmation it says that check-in is open until 10 pm. Since we were running late I tried to call twice but the the calls didn’t get through. I then sent a mail giving notice that we might be late and asking for further instructions. (Still haven’t heard from the hotel regarding this mail). We came about 9.30 pm and the staff said that the reception normally is closed at this time. So I guess we were “lucky” to get our room. Apart from the check in experience everything was good. Room was clean and comfortable.
