The location was very convenient and close to train station and areas we wanted to visit. It was a good hotel that offered coffee in the mornings. Everything was available and many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is at a walkable distance from the central station. The property had a lift. It does not have AC. A table fan was provided. Another table fan was not working. The area is a bit noisy due to the construction work and the garbage trucks. Since it’s summer we had to open the windows to get some cool air. Noise would be lower if windows are closed. The bathroom is spacious. The shower cubicle is not sealed properly and all the water came to the floor. The lift is operational from 7 AM to 11:00 PM. Espresso style coffee is complementary from 7 to 11 AM. Hot water is available in the coffee machine until 11:00 PM. There is no microwave in the property however they offered to store some food in the fridge. Overall the stay was pleasant and the staff were helpful.

The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The location has two entrances and they were both well lit and clean. There is a working theater so it is a bit crowded sometimes in the evenings, but that never affected the service we received. Highly recommend.

4 day family vacation in Munich

The gentleman at check in was so very kind and gave us slot of information on the property. The hotel offered free coffee and tea each morning and had daily housekeeping with clean towels. In a good location easy walking distance to transports and food and coffee. I would recommend the location. Very nice people.

The Hotel Deutsches Theater Downtown was perfect for our stay in Munich! It was within walking distance of the train station and many wonderful restaurants! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we needed extra towels, etc. and the room and bathroom were spacious. Not only did this room have four individual beds, but a desk and shelves with ample room for everything with lots of outlets! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Munich!
