This property was great, although about 8 miles from the city center if people are looking to journey into Munich it takes about 35 minutes, we enjoyed the hotel, the bar and the ease of traveling to the train station

Hotel is very far from City Centre. The cost for a taxi from Munich Main Railway station to hotel was 56 Euro. Hotel room window was damaged and water coming into room with the rain, complained and nothing was done about it. Breakfast was average, no hot buffet.

If you don't have a rental car, it is quite complicated to get a taxi and you have to plan it in advance. There are no opened restaurants at night in the area and you can not walk anywhere as this is in a very industrial section.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Believe hotel is older but remodeled and modern. Rooms are small but expected that in Europe so not surprised. Breakfast is outstanding!!!

The two lady receptionists were a delight, very funny and professional. After a long drive it would have been nice to have had a bit more choice of snacks (pizza), otherwise a pleasant stay.

When we got to the hotel we tried to park and no one would pick up the speaker and once they did the garage would not open. We heard the employees in the background but the gate wouldn’t get open. Also ac wasn’t working, was told that there was nothing that could be done. Tried to open the windows but still so hot couldn’t sleep well. Had to catch a flight early in the morning.

The rooms are always filthy. The toilet seats are disgusting and need to be replaced. The heating system is awful you can never get a decent nights sleep and constantly wake up hot / cold. Been there 5 or 6 times now the same experience every time. Will not stay there again.

I booked this hotel for my family.
We were given a very small family room. For two nights we spent 500+ AUD. Taxies were hard to find and public transport limited.
