A great hotel in a great location. Close to the München Hbf and the also the Theresienwiese. Old Town is also within walking distance too.

The hotel was very clean and provided all we needed for our stay. The area was a little sketchy at night time, but once on the property there was no reason to feel unsafe. Hotel staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Eco friendly hotel.

The Hotel is great and very close to the central station. The staff in the reception is very good. helpful, polite. Except the area close to the central station, everything is great. AC is good and nice hotel.

Hotel is new and modern. I stayed at multiple hotels in Munich, and this one was probably the most modern. They also had an excellent use of space even in smaller rooms. The area is okay but may take some getting used to. Any hotel near the main station has to deal with some sketchiness. This one isn't too bad because at least there aren't any strip clubs on the street. It's a quieter street for sure, for being walking distance to the main station.

Breakfast service lady was very unprofessional , cold, almost racist attitude! Breakfast item’s super delicious, healthy and very well prepared!!! Major major parking issues in this hotel I would not go back to this hotel because of the terrible parking situation!

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Great breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Easy walking distance from train terminal and tram links (even with a suitcase). Not too far from tourist attractions. Quiet on floors 2 & 3. Shame about the street it’s on. During our stay in Aug 2024, the street was full of strip clubs, shady phone shops and beggars.

Great location. Everything we wanted to see and do in Munich was within walking distance. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! We were disappointed that there was no common area for our group to meet, have a drink and play cards, the common area at the hotel is part of their bar.

Great room close to Central station
Great hotel, room was small but still nice. Air conditioner worked great. Shower/bathroom was perfect. Staff was great. The only drawback is it is not in the greatest area. It's close to the central station, but the area to walk to the station is a little rough. But otherwise it was a great stay

The hotel was clean and quiet, the location was about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The hotel staff was helpful but not very approachable. While the location was not too far away from mass transit the dining options were limited to the many middle eastern restaurants in the area. While this was not a problem for me, my picky children did not enjoy those limitations.

The property only runs the a/c after May, they advise you to open a window if the room is hot. The area around the hotel is extremely noisy, well into the night and early evening, which makes sleeping with the window open very difficult. The area around the hotel is not good. It's not quiet, there's lots of people just hanging outside the gambling rooms and strip club nearby, drinking, smoking, and yelling at each other. The hotel has 6 floors, but the elevator only goes to 5. If you're given a top floor room, there's an additional flight of stairs. The room itself had a huge pitch in the ceiling, which effectively renders half the room useless if you're taller than 4 foot. The room was clean and had modern amenities.

In this region of Germany, and this year in particular, the weather is still very changeable, with pretty cool nights with temperatures close to freezing. For this reason, and especially against the background of exorbitantly increased energy prices as well as a responsible use of our planet's natural resources, our air conditioning is only switched on when the outside temperature is above 20 Celsius. Close to everything. Nice spacious hotel. Clean. Only 8 minutes walk to the main train station. Only downfall is our towel warmer in the bathroom only worked the 1st out of the 4 nights we were there. We informed the hotel staff, they gave us a letter saying it will be fixed the next day but it did not happen at all even when we leave the hotel.

This property is in a very marginal location, but not far from the Old City (it is NOT, however, in the Old City). The front desk "man" had a horrible and unfriendly attitude - my guess is that he does not like Americans much). Nevertheless, the place is spotless and has virtually every possible amenity. I would NOT stay here again due to its edgy neighborhood.

Outside of the hotel, I felt like being in the Middle East with ethnic food and easy access to fruit stands. Lively atmosphere but difficult to keep the street clean when comparing with 3 street blocks closer to the Central station.

Great hotel
Great hotel, I have rated it very highly because it is good. The cost during Oktoberfest is high but I guess thats what the industry does. Breakfast is excellent, staff are friendly and service orientated and rooms are great (fit for purpose).

I was getting a coffee on the espresso machine. Cant help it if yhe machine was slow. Theres this waiter literally standing 2 feet away facing me with his arm crossed because he need to get a coffee too. Too unnerving specially in the breakfast morning. I do give a great compliment to the staff at the receptionist desk, they are very pleasant and helpful.

The location to the Oktoberfest grounds was perfect, just a short walk! The hotel was incredibly quiet, and the staff was excellent, especially our favorite bartender, Lass!!! Loved the breakfast buffet and the late night pizza!
