The bar area and especially the Barkeeper was great! Rooms were super clean with comfortable beds and a great shower. Checkin was average, the guy at the front desk could have been friendlier but not an issue really. We will definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable and modern hotel with everything we needed. Location was good, close to subway and handy shops for coffee, snacks, and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with a great shower.

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. The hotel is within the Arabellapark which is convenient for shopping and to the au-Bahn connection into the city. The hotel is modern & clean. We loved the bikes that the hotel offered to ride to the English Garten and Beergardens.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. Very clean and well equipped. Most of the staff spoke 2/3 languages and were so helpful. Very good breakfast buffet. Free left luggage which really helped us as our flight is not until tonight.

Convenient no-worries hotel

two-nights business stay. Stayed here already about 3 times, always OK, clean, condition like new. Breakfast is OK, parking fee is 30 EUR/night, you better watch for an foc parking spot on the public street. I will come back, which should be the best recommendation possible.

My perfect stay in Munich. I made a sudden request by email for printing a 13-page document around 7 am and hoped to get it by 7:30 am, October 27 (Monday). I went down to the front desk trying to remind them at 7:20 am. I was SO surprised they had my document ready then. Their great service really made my day!! Wonderful service! The hotel is located at a convenient place, very close to a shopping area with many restaurants. The hotel room is very well-designed and super clean. The bed is very comfortable.
