Stayed for 2 nights as a family in the suite rooms. The ambience, staff friendliness and size of the rooms were excellent. The breakfast was good and also had our needs taken care of. All in all, if you are driving this is an excellent to stay in. Onsite parking is ample and easy to use.

The Amedia Dachau was clean and breakfast was good. I didn't give this property a 5 star review because the front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. The room numbering is strange. We asked a couple employee's where our room was located and we got bad directions both times. We finally found our room. The bed was comfortable and that is just what we needed.

Poor Customer Service
The male at reception upon arrival was the rudest person we've ever come across in the hospitality sector. I'm an accommodation manager and I was appalled at his attitude and his lack of care to the guests. The lady on shift when we checked out, however, was very pleasant and kind. The room itself was alright. The beds were super comfortable. Overall though, I'd expect better customer service at a hotel that charges this amount.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent. A good, affordable option for s visit to The Oktoberfest. Only about a 20-minute taxi ride away.

Unique hotel! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The shower with a choice of rain shower head or regular was perfect after a long drive. Close to Dachau Concentration Camp & Memorial and a short east drive to Munich. Plenty of free parking!

I was totally impressed with this hotel. The room was so beautiful and an amazing value for the money. So many clean towels, pillows and a beautiful spotless cooking area. Even a Nespresso machine with capsules to use. Amazing!

Exactly what I wanted, modern and clean and comfortable, the staff were a bit uptight, and I thought they could have been more accommodating but they looked stressed out? But should not take it out on the guests.

6 days...Many Challenges! First room we checked into the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the room had a single towel for 4 guests. We returned to the front desk where we were moved to another room and given 6 more towels. In the second room we had 1 fork, 1 spoon, 2 knives, 1 bowl, 2 plates, 2 wine glasses and 1 mug. We requested our room to be cleaned every second day of the trip - so twice during our 6 day stay. We were out all day every day of the trip and not once was our room cleaned at all. Garbage was not removed, towels were not replaced and amenities like toilet paper, tissue, and coffee pods were not replaced. We even put the door hanger card out to request the room be cleaned. After the first missed cleaning we spoke to the front desk, were given 5 coffee pods, 4 more towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper and told our room would be cleaned the next day. Again it wasn't. We spoke with the desk the next morning to request our room was tended to only to arrive back late that evening to no cleaning. The next morning we requested garbage bags so we could get some of the garbage out of the room, but we were unable to get any garbage bags. We instead bought our own garbage bags at the supermarket, filled them and dropped our garbage in the hallway. Room was nice, location was convenient, area was quiet, just some service would have been nice.

Amazing bedding , delicious breakfast
Everything was spotless, crispy immaculate bed sheets, coffee maker in the room (nice touch!) The receptionist, Andrei had impeccable guest service, attentive, polite, professional, exceeding our expectations! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with food to meet every dietary restriction but in the same time to satisfy everyone’s taste buds! Serving personal attentive, smiling and greeting the guests!

This is our stop over hotel for our ski holiday. I recommended this hotel as it has enough parking lots, easy with the big supermarket nearby and the breakfast was good. Room is spacious - we had the 3 persons room and I liked it when the extra bed is prepared for us too.
