There was a problem with the door lock when we checked in. The custodian was very nice and got us settled for the evening saying it would be fixed the next day. It was not fixed, beeping at us off and on( more on) from 2am to 6am. Not having an onsite receptionist we dialed the number provided ten times over the night- no answer. Then we were locked out of the room in the morning. The new receptionist on duty had not been informed of the issue and it took some convincing him that we needed more than a change of the key card. When he finally got us back in, there were apologies that he didn’t believe us- but no offer of a refund for a night that we could not sleep. The lack of night reception, the lack of true fix to the door lock, the lack of reimbursement for a truly lack of rest for the night. All this makes the road noise and third bed being unusable (we moved the mattress to the floor) made this a disappointment.
