"Very clean room and very nice staff. The only part that I did not like was that the tub was not accessible in an accessible room. It was a high sided tub and not a roll-in shower or walk in shower."

"The staff was very nice. The breakfast attendant served the same two items all three days I was there. I was told that pets are mainly on the first floor, but when I got to my room and took off my shoes, there was pet hair stuck on the bottom of my socks. The housekeeper was nice enough to come sweep and mop for me. I was expecting the pool to be open as well. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it wasn’t the either. If they had designated rooms for pets, and didn’t cook the same two...

"very clean suite style hotel so it’s helpful to have the extra space but the best thing about it is the parking garage that is under the hotel and is more secure than just parking in a surface lot"

"I only stayed for one night so I wasn't expecting much but the staff was very helpful during check in and check out. They were also very accommodating for a late check-out. Room was decently clean for my stay with no major sanitary issues. My only issue was that my upstairs neighbor was incredibly loud and seemed to be either smashing things/throwing things around which kept going on for hours, don't really know what happened up there but I decided to just sleep through the night with the TV on...
