"The complimentary breakfast and shuttle was such a perk!!"

"When I walked in to the room, there was a slight smell. Not trash. Not sewer. I didn’t think much of it even though it was quite strong. When I woke up this morning, I found one cockroach on the floor. I put it in the toilet. When I was getting dressed, I found two more dead cockroaches in the bedroom area. I left them as they were and took pictures. I found a leg of a cockroach in the kitchen area. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and this has never been the case. I did speak privately...

"We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were so kind and helpful. There was the cutest coffee bar and stocked mini fridge! Most importantly, the beds were super comfy! The only thing was there was no tv, which would have been fine, but we had a change in our plans so we thought we’d just order food and watch a movie without realizing. But we still had so much fun!"

"This Hampton Inn has the best staff. I cannot express how genuine the staff was to our needs. Good location near Vandy. Dated inside would be my only suggestion to make this property better."

"From the front door bell men, the check in desk, restaurant and housekeeping everything was a 10. Matthew the Concierge and the drivers ( free rides up to 4 miles for drop offs in a Mercedes SUV) AMAZING 🌟"

"The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay."

"This is a brand new hotel in midtown and so gorgeous and unique art work everywhere. The water refill stations were super convenient and a really nice amenity. The shower was incredible the bed was heavenly and staff were very kind. While broadway is about a 20 minute walk it’s still doable and only 8$ uber in slow times. A great stay and highly recommend."

"We stayed for the Alan Jackson concert. It was close to Broadway but not to close. It has nice restaurants around. The pool on top was a bonus, had a television upstairs to watch sports. Drinks were very reasonable. Breakfast was ok. We would come back."
