The rooms are so different from the photos. The airconddition wasnt working and the staff offered portable airconddition but also not working.. After communicating with expedia the manager agreed to change the room. Tiring and Very disappointing.

This is not fair evaluation. The room is upgraded to platinum one. It is not executive room which he booked. Surely will be different. We are very soory for wrong expressions writen by guest.

Great breakfast; hotel a bit smokey
Reception was very helpful and friendly but had zero English. She showed me three “non smoking” rooms that ALL. Smelled like smoke. She said she didn’t smell smoke but I definitely did. After making her run up and down two times I just took the third option so as to not make run down the stairs for yet another key. Room was ok. Overall everything made our allergies flare up so that tends to make a stay less than perfect. Please was still nice overall and the breakfast was amazing!

Everything was great. Beautiful hotel at a very central location and very attentive, nice staff. Would recommend to anyone for a stopover in Mugla.

The hotel is on a noisy street. The breakfast room is a tiny windowless cell with only 3 tables. Inappropriate under pandemic conditions.

Last minute booking, place was clean, staff pleasant. Breakfast a bit measly but apart from that a nice stay. On street parking that you have to pay for as well.

Clean, modern, very comfortable bed and large room and an excellent cooked-to-order breakfast. It was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located and beautifully furnished, this modern hotel is great value and it would be ideal for a business trip. The entrance is discreet. There are marble stairs but no lift, however staff help with luggage and the rooms are spacious, elegant and well equipped.

This is a great hotel nicely situated in the middle of Muğla. The staff was exceptionally trained and management will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. I highly recommend this hotel

Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Konakladığım odada oturma odası ve yatak odası ayrı ayrıydı. Bulunan eşyalar ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda yeterliydi. Tek bir sorunu kahvaltısı yetersizdi. Kahvaltı alanı küçük olduğu için masaya servis tarzındaydı ama çeşit olarak yetersizdi. Temizlik olarakta sorun yaşamadım her gün düzenli olarak kaldığım oda temizlendi.

Muğla ziyaretimde konakladığım tek yer. Merkezde ama sakin ama nezih. Odalar büyük ferah. Banyo havlu vs temiz. Yeme içme imkanı gece yarısına kadar heryede mevcut 3 dk mesafede. Bazen 1 -2 saat erken vardığım oluyor ,odalar temizlenmiş ise hç sorun etmeden girişe izin veriliyor. Belki 15defa kalmışımdır bugüne kadar memnun olmadığım bir nokta olmadı

otel konforlu sayilabilir sehir ici otellere gore gayet iyi tatil yerlerindeki gibi dakka basi ilgi bekliyorsaniz size gore degil ama benim gibi sadece konaklama ihtiyaciniz varsa gereksiz samimeyten hoslanmiyorsaniz gayet guzel temizlik vs gibi isteklerinizi soylerseniz yerine getiriliyor merkezi konumda asansor yok ama çok problem degil otopark yok ama cevrede bussuru park yeri var 3 gece konakladim gayet memnun kaldim

Otopark ve asansör sıkıntısı
Bodruma giderken dinlenmek üzere konakladık bu otelde. Oda geniş temiz ve konforluydu. Merkezi bir yerde olduğu için otopark olayı ciddi sıkıntılıydı bizim için otelin kendisine ait bir alanı yok malesef biz bu detayı es geçmişiz. Otel 80 lere doğru yapıldığı için midir bilmiyorum ama asansör yok bu da bavul indirme kaldırma açısından problemdi bizim için. Ayrıca ütü de olmadığını belirteyim

Odalardaki raflar tozluydu. Oda temizliği istediğimizde sadece çöple dökülmüş. Havlular yenilenmemişti. Birinci katta mutfak oldugu için inanılmaz bir soğanlı yemek kokusu odalara doluyordu. 10 üzerinden 5 lik bir konaklamaydı. Bölge de kalınabilecek az yerlerden biri oldugu için tercih ettik.
