"Shepards inn was such a good place to be in Tobago the rooms well maintained the grounds are beautiful and the pool was deep π. The bartender Jorge knows his stuff (ask for the Little Bo peep). The breakfast crew knows how to make a good breakfast. There was always parking available and they are at a great location to get to. Will be going again."

"Overall, we had a good experience at the Magdalena Grand. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service we received from the team was appreciated, especially when dealing with an unexpected issue. On our first night, there was a plumbing problem and we were unable to use the water for showering. The issue was resolved later that night, and the staff made an effort to provide alternative arrangements so we could manage while it was being fixed. Their willingness to assist helped make the situation less frustrating. The breakfast was decent and similar to what you would expect at many hotels. The selection was somewhat limited and it was not particularly spectacular, but it was also not disappointing. Overall, the Magdalena Grand provided a pleasant stay. While there were a few areas that could be improved, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good customer service contributed to an enjoyable experience"

"This facility offers truly beautiful surroundings and impressive views, creating an environment with strong potential. However, the property would benefit from targeted investment to address several infrastructure issues that affect the overall guest experience. I hesitated to provide this feedback because the staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to accommodate us. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out. Despite the facilityβs current limitations, the quality of service and the overall atmosphere were positive enough that I would choose to return."
