Clean rooms comfortable bed n pillows..great location ..quick n easy access to airport free shuttle service from hotel to airport ..yes parking is available..staff is friendly n helpful ..breakfast on the other hand can be improve..management told me they are working on it...I highly recommend n will certainly come again.

Excellent service overall and very comfortable! The meals were excellent and the amenities were top notch. The staff were very helpful and professional and made us feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying there again.

The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so the room, specifically the bathroom had a sewer smell...

The rooms are spacious, clean and well-kept. The bathroom needs an extractor fan. What I didn't particularly like is the pay by the hour rooms within the same compound. That created a rather negative visual for me. Better signage would also help hotel guests to not head in that direction first and be put off. I very quickly considered abandoning my reservation because of this. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay as a hotel guest. I really enjoyed interacting with Dianne from the restaurant and bar. She has great energy!

"I had a wonderful stay! Plenty parking is available once you arrive. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was very clean, the staff members were super nice and the food was delicious. Its quiet as well. Its fairly new so im sure they will make more updates to property in the future. Oh and you can hear the beautiful sounds of nature in the mornings. I will book here again.

The rooms was spacious and beautiful but the toilet was not working / flushing properly, the water in the shower was building up however we told them about it and it got fixed. The ac was not getting cold enough to keep the room cool . There was no ac in the hallways and no elevator so bringing your luggage up the stairs in the heat was not so nice . The restaurant was not working properly, it only opened for breakfast

The hotel was newly opened in December, 2024 and there are slight adjustments still needed to be made but overall a lovely hotel. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The general manager lovely individual and provided us with superb care. Definitely recommend this place.

The premises are really nice, especially the beautiful infinity pool which was a highlight of our stay. The catering and food service were wonderful. A special mention goes to Tamika, who was fantastic — very attentive, friendly, and always made sure our menu orders for both breakfast and dinner were perfect. The bathroom lighting was dim, especially at the mirror. On a positive note, the parking for the car was free of charge, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel. Thank you to the team!

I love that this place was quiet and comfortable. The staffs were nice and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and the kitchen staff were loving and accommodating. The pool however, I dont like where it was located, right outside of the dining area. Also it was not very clean and even though we asked for it to be clean and the manager brought someone to clean the pool it still was not cleaned properly. Other than that, no complications. It is a fairly new place so there is a lot of room for improvement but I enjoyed my stay there anyways.

It's relatively new, so it's very clean,but they don't have enough staff. 55 mins to get breakfast because only one person in the kitchen. One house keeper. No shampoo or conditioner in room. When attempting to check out, the reception area was locked. Then I discovered the receptionist was also the one waitress in the restaurant. Pool is great and I like the fact that there is no close off time.
