"My family of 5 used this property for two nights and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. Easy to use, reasonably priced, about 10 mins stroll from the shops and 15 mins from the main city centre. The appartment is well appointed, modern and clean. The local area is relatively non descript but it is safe and well connected. The keyless entry and lockers were real bonuses. In terms of downsides, the sport meant was on the second floor so the stairs might be a problem for some -...

"From the minute we stepped on the property was just beautiful and welcoming. Enjoyed the welcoming drink and snacks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. The property is just stunning, amazing views towards the city and surroundings. A place to unwind. Great amenities and services. Delicious, fresh food ( brekfast and dinner). Front desk personal was so kind, helpful and friendly. Felix was extremely helpful with every request we has. "

"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Salzburg. The location is great, just a short walk to the Old town. Our room was incredible! Large, clean and with a charm that you don’t find often. The whole place felt warm and cost in fact. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite too, we can’t thank them enough for all that they did for us. "

"Great location! Large room and cute kitchenette. Would have liked complimentary coffee and more pillows as they were very flat. Was also a bit warm as we did not have ac. "

"Overall a nice place to stay. Couple of issues for our stay. There was a problem gaining driving access to the property to unload our luggage, buzzer was not answered and lady at front desk was quite rude about it all. Other gentleman there was much more helpful. Nice breakfast there, rooms were comfortable. Would consider staying there again, is nice to be in old town area without vehicle traffic."

"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"Clear communication and nice, modern room great for single travelers at an affordable price. Not in the city centre or near many food spots, but an easy 15-minute walk from the main train station. Highly recommend the one nearby restaurant Fuxn for an outdoor lunch or dinner. Lockers were free, big, and great after checking out. There was construction while we were staying there, which meant less open, social space, but that didn’t impact our friends’ trip. "

"Ich war Mitte Mai 2025 für 1 Übernachtung in der ROSENVILLA. Das Anmeldeprocedere mit dem jungen Herrn war ein wenig unbeholfen holprig, aber alles Andere dann sehr schön. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, alles sehr sauber, die große Matraze super angenehm und das Umfeld draußen sehr ruhig. Ich konnte entspannt mit geöffneter Balkontür schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen war wirklich einzigartig. Ich habe rein gar nichts vermisst, okay evtl. ein Glas Prosecco, wie ich es sonst kenne, aber...
