"Room was noisy and very light all night, there was no ability to shut off the bathroom and no blinds in the bathroom to keep out the light and noise."

"The hotel adds a Service Fee on top of the Hotels.com booking price. It is "optional", but it is hidden when you check in (on a screen-based system). The staff and team are lovely, but I strongly object on principle to how the hotel tries to sneak this in without making it obvious. "

"Wonderful stay. The room is beautiful, impeccably clean, and although compact, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bedding, nice lighting. Great location. The lobby downstairs is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of work areas and even a lovely garden. The staff were amazing both the reception team and the maintenance person went above and beyond, even helping us fix my son’s buggy after it got squeezed on a bus. Truly appreciated their kindness.
