This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. "Tutto molto vecchio, sia l'hotel che la stanza hanno bisogno di un aggiornamento. Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. La stanza è pulita, bisognerebbe solo evitare in inverno di tenere le finestre aperte dopo le pulizie, siamo stati fuori tutto il giorno e al rientro la stanza era fredda come é freddo tutto l'hotel. Ventola del bagno molto rumorosa e nessun termosifone. Colazione appena sufficiente. Nessuno è venuto a prendere l'ordine, mi sono alzato per andare a chiedere e quando sono arrivate...
