"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"The property is in a great location for the local restaurants and walks. We met Mike on our way out in the afternoon and he was really friendly and gave some good advice as to where to eat some local cheese. The bed was really comfortable with a good range of tea and some good coffee. The biscuits were a nice addition as well. We loved our stay here and were fortunate enough to see some Platypus which was a real highlight."

"There was a parking bay for each room but guests are told to psrk anywhere with the result that its almost impossible to get a spot near the allocated room. This dilly idea csuses friction between the guests😡"

"We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad"

"We get an annual car service in Maroochydore, coming down the night before to be first off the blocks as we have a 2.5 hour drive back afterwards. We have stayed at Nightcap at Northern Grounds previously and again on Monday evening. We found the renovated rooms very comfortable, clean, well stocked with tea and coffee making provisions. "Basically the room was satisfactory, being clean and the bed comfortable. I liked the breakfast cereal there for us and ample milk. I loved the fact that there was a small basin and detergent to wash up in. I hate having to wash up cups etc in the bathroom sink for obvious reasons. It was also surprisingly quiet considering we were next to the tavern and on a busy road. Things I thought could do with attention.
