"The staff was great the property is in need of a deep clean and refresh, elevator smelled and corners of the elevator floor were holding dirt. Carpet smelled, hvac duct replacements due to smoking, etc"

"Heat turns itself off, while we were sleeping! Great view, if the windows had ever been washed. Our TV remote did not work and it was the only one in the room with a volume button. No volume button on the TV either! On-line help desk told us someone would be there to fix it the next day, after our check out. Took them till the next morning to tell us THAT, so all weekend without. "

"Swanky boutique hotel in downtown Detroit. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. A short drive to the museum. My only complaint would be that maybe they need to tie a baggie full of white vinegar or CLR to those shower heads, because ours had several blocked holes, leaving me standing there, rinsing, rinsing, rinsing, rinsing. Loved the Candy Bar downstairs! "
