"Great location and good place for families. Played pickleball, ate at the outdoor restaurant/bar, and enjoyed the clean comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful but they definitely need more help.
There are two pools and only one pool was open to use because of lack of lifeguards.
I counted 35 little kids in the one open pool not including the adults and was no way going to get in that water.
Maybe set up the second pool as an adult only? Or make sure it is staffed during spring break....

"First time staying here and we really enjoyed it. Convenient location, and our room was clean and quiet! Also did other fun things on the property: Paranormal show, Real Bodies exhibit, Twilight Zone mini golf. Ben & Jerry’s! Much easier to navigate than many huge hotel/casinos like Aria & Bellagio.
Minor negatives: Check in could’ve been quicker, pool was closed (it was March but it was 97-degree summer weather!), and the smoky smell in the casino was a turn-off.
