"Property ok but staff is poorly trained and most are new and have no idea what they are doing. BAD MANAGEMENT. Do Not open a voucher for your expenses at the hotel, it is worthless as I found out in the restaurant. Prices at the restaurant OUTRAGEOUS ! I had a business meeting one afternoon with 2 business associates. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took them about 15 minutes to get us 3 machine derived coffee's and 2 about 7oz. bottles of water, cost $18.oo USD ! On top of that they would not charge to the room even though I had a voucher open for $150.oo... Included Breakfast ample but dining room overly crowded for breakfast. This hotel caters to large groups of group meetings. Staff at reception ill trained and always large amount of people trying to check in and check out, really slow they have no idea what they are doing. Other issues at reception also. Question? Would I stay here again, NO ! Too many other property's that are better in the area."

"Luxury hotel with all the infrastructure you'd expect, including a top-notch spa, swimming pools and workout areas, not to mention the restaurants and bar. Spacious rooms and excellent service complement the experience. Highly recommend. "

"The shower was mouldy We couldn't take a bath as this was badly maintained and plastic looked to be peeling off. Not safe for children as the patio door opened to the outside which was 15 floors high! Only highlight was the breakfast."

"Breakfast was good and a lot of variaty. The room was clean and comfortable bed. The location was pretty good and safe"

"The room was old, small patio sliding door did not lock and felt unsafe. The bedding was yellow, beds and pillows hard. Attempted to get early check in but was not allowed because there was no room available although I saw many people/ families check out while waiting in the lounge. Receptionist did not attempt to help. Originally booked for 3 nights, checked out after 1st. Do not recommend"

"It’s an average hotel. The TV was really small and the room basic. Would recommend for just one person and a few nights, no more. "
