The hotel is conveniently located near my office in São Paulo, and the surrounding area feels very safe. The receptionists are super friendly and speak good English. The room is cleaned every day. The continental breakfast is served with fresh fruit and bakery items daily. The shower and bath are wonderful, with a constant hot water supply. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit São Paulo.

Ótima estadia, ficamos em casal por 5 dias. O hotel tem um estilo vintage com tudo muito bem conservado. A equipe bem preparada e muito solicita. O café da manhã diverso e delicioso. Tem estacionamento (pago a parte, mas bem em conta), conveniência e restaurantes por perto. Destaque para o Spazzi, bem em frente, self-service muito bom. Quando precisar ir pra SP, com toda certeza voltaremos lá.

広々していてよかった。 周りの環境もよく基本的には良かった。 ただ、洗面台に蟻が毎日何匹も出てきた。 ベランダに出る窓の鍵がかからない、湯沸かしポットがない、ティッシュペーパーがないなどは改善していただくと良いかなと。

Hotel equipe de profissionais altamente qualificados. Muito educados e prestativos. Hotel próximo supermercado e estação metrô Casas Bahia. Localizado uma das regiões nobre de SP. Com condomínios de luxo ao redor. Local silencioso para uma boa noite de sono ou fim de semana com família. Quartos grandes e com camas confortáveis.
