Perfect stay for a group of 4. We shared a common area and had two separate rooms and bathrooms which was a great plus! Only downside of our room was, the stove was inoperable and created a strong gas odor in our attempt to use it. Other than that, nice place to stay for our weekend in Brazil!

The apartment hotel feel is great. They provided some crockery for cooking but not the full complement. Overall the stay was good. A few issues took away from the stay though. The internet was spotty and quite unreliable a lot of the time. The room key/card kept malfunctioning requiring nealry daily trips back to the reception to reset.

Muy ruidoso. Estuve en apartamento 64b y fue sumamente ruidoso por la noche. supongo que hay una obra o algo porque había ruido de maquinaria pesada y camiones de carga.No paro hasta las 2am. El staff es bien Yeni, el hotel esta un poco viejo y no coincide 100% con las fotos

Eu esqueci um oculos durante a estadia, liguei no dia 06/03 as 19 hs fui informado q teria q ligar durante o dia pq o setor de limpeza dos quartos não estava mais. No dia seguinte liguei, novamanente, onde fui atendido pela MArilia. Repassei o q havia acontecido, a mesma informou q não poderia falar com as camareiras e eu teria mandar um email, sendo q o email q me foi informado não exisitia. Durante a manhã havia um obra com barulho muito grande no quarto ao lado.

Pegamos uma acomodação que claramente era um apartamento residencial que foi transformado em quarto de hotel. Conta com dois quartos e dois banheiros, além de sala e cozinha, ótimo para um grupo de 3 ou 4 hóspedes. Apesar da decoração antiga, o apartamento é bem aparelhado e limpo. Os cômodos são um pouco apertados, mas atendem satisfatoriamente. Tem bons armários também. A localização é boa para quem tem compromissos na área da Berrini, com bons restaurantes próximos. O café da manhã é servido no pequeno restaurante/lanchonete do mesmo prédio, e tem razoável variedade. No momento em que fomos estava um pouco apertado pela quantidade de gente, e a equipe teve alguma dificuldade em repor os itens.
