"O apartamento tem tudo e a localização é perfeita, no entanto, falhou talheres de mesa e de fogão e um lixo para descartar o consumo. Tinha tudo, cooktop, panelas, pratos, etc, mas não tinha com o que comer. No mais, limpeza ideal e tudo conforme o anúncio! No andar principal, tem uma praça de alimentação com diferentes propostas e supermercado, farmácia a poucos passos de distância."

A academia do prédio é excelente e a garagem também. O supermercado em baixo do prédio é um facilitador.
