Great hotel, reasonable prices. The rates become higher in high season but not as bad as other places. Super convinent to the yatch club. Parking is expensive. It is clean and they serve a decent breakfast.

The hotel is well located, with a nice view of the yacht pier, the city’s main bridge and the skyline. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were welcoming and informative, but unfortunately the bedroom was very dirty, with hairs and broken glass pieces on the beds and floor (we took pictures). We’ve requested them to get it cleaned up properly, but all they did was remove the broken glasses pieces from the bed, not even changed the dirty bed linen, and so this was highly disappointing. Eventually we had to change rooms, and requested a discount for the inconvenience and the health & safety hazard, but that was not actioned.

It was my worst hotel experience ever. Air conditioner not working, bug wings (and the bugs itself) all over the place. Room not suitable for more than one person. We just stayed there because we had a very late check-in (almost 2 am dua a late flighty), but definitely, if we had gotten there early we would not stay. The only positive experience was the clerk, very friendly.

We arrived at hotel and had to log into an app asking more than 20 questions, passport and all other information. Unnecessary for travelers arriving with more important things to get to. Many questions are related to addresses which are not accepted in the Portuguese language, help from desk required. Why, the hotel should fill in the blanks, and request help when necessary from the guest. Then, the big one: We requested and paid more for a room with a jacuzzi, but found out there was no hot water except at the bidet… no thank you. Site should make sure rooms are suitable before selling them. In the morning, still no hot water, cold raise off was the solution for flights the following day. Needs management supervision. Thanks.
