Já havia me hospedado no hotel anteriormente e, em nenhuma das vezes, tive quaisquer problemas mas dessa vez tive uma péssima experiência. O quarto que me colocaram estava com muito mofo no teto e nas paredes; toalhas velhas, roupa de cama suja. Em uma das noites entraram no meu quarto. Fui até a recepção reclamar e justificaram que possivelmente o hóspede se equivocou quando informou o quarto ao levar o cartão para magnetizar e que a equipe que estava na recepção naquela noite era nova e sem experiência.

O hotel foi recentemente reformado, então foi possível perceber as melhorias na estrutura. Contudo, apesar de estar limpo, encontrei duas baratas pequenas no meu quarto no segundo dia. As tolhas de banho estão tão velhas que mal enxugam o corpo. Havia muitos hóspedes reclamando da falta de itens básicos em seus quartos, como cobertas, e também reclamando de limpeza. No meu check-in houve uma confusão com hóspedes irritados na recepção. Gostaria de elogiar a equipe de recepcionistas, muito atenciosos e cordiais. Também fiquei muito satisfeita com o serviço do café da manhã. O meu quarto estava limpo e organizado todos os dias.

Hotel um capricho desde o atendimento. Estava muito frio quando me hospedei e tinha apenas um edredom, como o hotel estava lotado não tinha cobertor sobrando. O moço que trabalha na recepção anotou o número do meu quarto e mais tarde levou um cobertor pra mim, bem atencioso. Café da manhã bem caprichado, quarto impecável. Gostei muito!

Ficamos 2 noites não consecutivas no hotel. Na primeira noite, o quarto designado tinha boas condições, com aspecto de ter passado por uma reforma. No entanto, o banheiro estava extremamente sujo; o vaso sanitário não tinha sido higienizado. A recepção nos ofereceu outro quarto. Na segunda noite (outra reserva), nos colocaram em um quarto antigo, não reformado. Não havia cobertores, toalhas, tapete de banheiro. A TV - antiga - conectava apenas 2 canais: Globo e SBT. A recepção somente informou que o hotel estava lotado e que a TV realmente tinha essa restrição. Nada a fazer. O valor da diária era o mesmo do quarto anterior, mesmo sendo de qualidade bastante inferior. Além disso, elevadores mal conservados. Café da manhã bom, mas com salão pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes. Localização boa, ao lado da Praça XV de Novembro. Não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.
