I only have 1 star because I couldn't give zero, this was the most disgusting place I have ever saw I have photos I would never provide advisertisment for such a nasty unsafe place

Bugs on walls and furniture. I was afraid to sleep there, so I checked out after a couple of hours. They gave me another room, but it wasn't much different.

The bed had bedbugs. The shower had low water pressure. I found 1 cockroach in the room. The attendant did not know or have access to the hotels.com website. I will say, however, that it was ready for a weekly stay with a stove and oven. Also, the refrigerator was larger than a mini fridge.

Cesspool with no Pool.

The hotel was disgusting. I can handle some minor hotel issues but this was over the top. Cockroaches, large and baby ones all over the place. The hot water knob was a pair of vice grips. There was no hot water. No towels, soap or toilet paper. The tv only has static channels with no remote control. I paid for my room, didn’t even stay in the room for more than 10 mins. I was worried that someone would try and break into my room while I was sleeping.

Missing curtains.

There was no curtain on the window or for the shower. The TV only got one channel and would shut off after a couple of minutes. There was no soap or toilet paper. The manager made very little effort however the housekeeper took a great deal of effort to make the room work for me. She personally put up a window curtain, a shower curtain, and brought me toilet paper. If not for her efforts I would not have stayed.

Did not honor my reservation. No Vacancy when I arrived. No one at the office. Called a number on the door, after 1/2 hour waiting, I was told there were no vacancies. This place is a dump. Should not be listed on Expedia. While I was waiting, I noticed a sign of things not allowed on the property-- "No selling drugs" Unbelievable

Not the best of places I can tell why it was cheaper

Check-in was rather quick the room appeared clean other than the attendant had put off a roach bomb in there a few minutes prior to my arriving. It was advertised to have a king size bed it had a large bed frame with a small mattress and box springs that appeared to be full possibly Queen but did not really look like a queen it was very soft the bed Linings were clean a very outdated place that had only had the touch-ups of paint applied the attendant was friendly not the best of places but the air conditioner was already on in the room and I guess it was a place to take a shower and a nap or sleep if you could

A new low. At least nothing bit me.

Not one to leave bad reviews but The Newly Renovated Suburban Motel deserves a long and scathing review. 1500 characters is not enough. This motel gives new meaning to the words dump, deluxe and renovated. I knew what I was getting into and booked a night as I had stayed there 40 years ago. Room was supposedly the deluxe room. It did have a flat screen tv that didn't work and a refrigerator that did. The shower didn't work and there were no towels but plenty of roaches. The toilet functioned but seat was on the floor. I can imagine this motel would be ideal for junkies and tweekers so far be it from me to discourage such revelers. The sheets seemed to be clean and the bed comfortable enough. I am just happy to get out of there without any bites or parasites. Seriously surprised the health department hasn't condemned this deluxe property. At least the price was right and yes you get what you pay for as well as a good story.

The rooms stank of cigarette smoke, there were unpatched holes in all the walls, the smoke detector had been ripped off of the wall, the towel bar and toilet paper holder were also ripped off of the wall. The place was disgusting! The sign says "newly renovated"...must be a very old sign. I took some pictures if you'd like to have real pictures from this millennia on your site. Expedia, you really put a dent in your rep recommending this dump. Don't stay here unless you like living in filth.

When I booked the room, I booked a king there were 2 left. When I arrived I was given a room with a double bed. No other furniture to sit on in the room. No toilet paper. The bathroom had a hole in it from being kicked in bad need of paint. Graffiti with profanity on the walls ( I had children) The sign outside read newly renovated, guess they missed our room. No ice bucket in the room guess that was ok since the machine wasn't working

Horrible Hotel

It took three rooms to find one. No mirrors ,bath was horrible no pressure to shower no pressure to flush. Bad was good n bugs were around after heat finnally worked horrible! Says remodeled NOT!

It was amazing and it was comfortable the bed was great,nice and wonderful. The room was very clean and nice. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY, VERY NICE WORKERS AT THE MOTEL. BESIDES, ME ALMOST BEING ASLEEP, AND THEM OPENING MY DOOR, AND TRYING TO BRING PEOPLE IN TI LOOK AT MY ROOM. I THINK I SHOULD HONESTLY GET A REFUND FOR THE LAST NIGHT I WAS THERE FOR ALL THE DISTURBANCES
